Each time your frame loads and the page reports it, that is a view attributed to your name. A frame that paints but never finishes loading still shows up as a paint — we would rather tell you “it painted and they left” than hide it.
A run is the real event: a visitor tapped the ring and played. Runs per view is the number worth watching, because a frame can load all day on a page nobody touches.
